Susan grew up in the mobility industry, starting on the front desk of her parent’s real estate company and working her way to president through multiple roles as the company evolved. Under her leadership the company has seen exponential growth in size, revenue, and global footprint. Her innovative leadership style, a culmination of over 20 year at PLUS, focuses on client engagement, creating a values-based culture, and the ongoing development of employees’ strengths.

Susan has served as chairman of Worldwide ERC®, an industry organization with over 10,000 members. She also currently serves on the board of Big Brother, Big Sister and is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable.
